I am not an electrician but I had the same problem which prompted me to install a shower valve and a 3 bar pump to my own hot water system which is an electric heated system. These systems now come with a pressurised tank which doesn't need a pump. I seem to remember an alternative electric shower that has a relatively small dedicated hot water tank which is concealed close to the shower which could help or if you have a combi boiler it has it's own built in pump but you will need to speak to a local plumber . I'd say they have just as good of a chance. The fact that the Angels lost Teixeira, K-Rod, and Garland will be felt. Is it possible to not be diagnosed with ADD as a child, but later in life? How will it effect my school/life?

Yes it's possible. There are a lot of people that are diagnosed with ADHD at different ages. That is not uncommon. I find that it is over-diagnosed in children though, and that greatly disturbs me. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 12 and I was on Cylert which from what I heard was recalled for a while. Not sure if it's back on the market or not. I was only on it for 6 months but due to bad reactions to it, I was taken off and never put back on something or treated for it again. Then in college, I was doing very well in most cles that involved critical thinking, but when it came to cles like math and music theory which required ytical thinking, I was getting Ds and Fs and they couldn't figure out why. My music theory professor told me the only way I could take that cl a 3rd and final time was to first go to Psychology services and get tested for learning disabilities. Results came back as ADHD, Anxiety disorders, Depression, PSTD, and a lot of other issues. Anyways, they put me on focal-in which I had a bad reaction to, switched me to ritalin and again bad reaction, so instead of medication, they had me working with a therapist as well as academic accommodations. That's what got me through.

I think that happens to a lot of people. You are just showing human emotion, which is a good, healthy thing. I know when I saw "Marley and me", i thought i would explode from tears. sometimes, even a commercial has done it to me. i am a female by the way, just use this name. i think this happens partially, because we kind of relate these scenarios to our own life and think of the actual possibility that some of them could really happen to us or others. i think crying is actually a really healthy thing from time to time and nothing to be ashamed of. it actually isnt stupid and ridiculous, it means you're human and not afraid to show it! it is just as natural as laughing!

Need help with track 100m sprint after recovering from injury!?

Help with understanding....a personality disorder?

I have a friend who I have known for about 25 years. He is miserable all the time. It's taken me 25 years to understand this. He seems very self-absorbed, very self-focused. He doesn't fit all of the criteria for any one personality disorder. I thought Narcissistic...but doesn't fit it all. BPD? Same thing. Depressed maybe, but I think it's so much more. He has serious struggles with relationships. Can't sustain one for long. Very destructive to those he's involved with not because of deliberate abuse, but because he flip-flops so much. One never knows where one stands with him. He has no interest in his family and has basically turned his back on them in a pive way. He is career military. Very unstable emotionally, so tends to shut out emotion. Can someone give me some guidance? I'm trying to point him in a direction, but the map is upside down and turned around!

IMovie won't import videos .mov file?

I've been trying to import videos from my Finder (on the mac) to the imovie program I have for the past two hours. Every time I try import them, it shows a "Optimizing Video" thing and then completely quits...no warning, no "not compatible"...it just stops and doesn't continue. I have iMovie '09. I've also tried importing them through iPhoto (it's worked in the past) then importing it to iMovie. Last time I used iMovie was about two months ago and it worked just fine.....What's wrong with my iMovie??

most kids in middle school don't really do drugs i only know a couple of kids at my school that do them and they are usually the ones with no friends or out of place. Some kids at ,y school lie about selling them to make themselves seem cooler. And don't try any drugs theyre horrible for you and will only put you deeper and deeper into depression. Try other things like running, a sport you like, writing, reading, or hanging with kids that are a good influence. That is one thing you can miss out on and you'll be happy about it.

Why would a wood bench crack?

we have a wood bench at the tops of our stairs in our house. We bought this bench already embled but without any kind of treatment to the wood. We applied a varnish and then a clear coat of varnish on it. It has been in our house about 2 years and all of a sudden on the one side there is a crack down the one side. The bench is one that has storage inside and the crack goes from the top to the bottom and from outside to inside. there is never anything sitting on it or people don't even sit on it and we cannot understand why it all of a sudden would have cracked. Did I kill my tarantula?

Well my tarantula just molted last friday, and yesterday, her back legs were in the water, so I took her out, because I was going to school and I didn't want her to drown. When I came home, she wasn't moving at all. She was not in a death curl, she was just motion-less. I tried picking her up, and still no movement. I thought she was dehydrated, so I misted her with water, and then I decided to try to get her to move again, and her fur started coming out, and soon, I could see her flesh. I lightly rubbed her abdomen. I haven't fed her because I was afraid that the crickets would hurt her after a molt. I did some research, and I found out that they can put themselves into a coma like position to appear dead, so now I'm scared that I killed her. It was a Chilean Rose by the way. Changing my belly on ring?

ok so i got my belly on peirced 6 days ago, and its still red at the top and a little bit tender but no puss or infection so i wanna change the ring but everyones telling me it will get badly infected..that dosent make sense to me cause the ring in it now has dried blood and scabs from it healing..so if i take it out..clean the hole out and disinfect the new ring...wouldnt it be MORE sanitary?

My wife and I were renting a tiny two bedroom apartment, paying our rent on time, but once our baby was born we needed more space. We asked our landlord to let us move into a bigger unit, but they refused so we left to live in a bigger place before our lease was up. I am now rockin Norton 360 v3, now that my system is clean, ive been going thru everything.. what ive really been looking at is, when i start task manager, there are about 75 processes running, i dont think all these are necesary but want to make sure before i start dissabling them.... what really has me thrown for a loop is 2 or 3 that show up for a second when i start up task manager, then they dissapear....., i am also wondering about the access to these processes, im not sure what remote access does, i have dissabled that one already, so far no problems.. anyone that is computer savy that could give me any help would be much apprieciated.

I have been in college for two years now ( part time ) and I got a cosmetology license right out of high school. This could get complicated but Ill try the best I can.First only a new court order can over ride any previous court order. Now legally neither of these women should be anywhere near your grandson in this situation and should be legally temporary placed into a better suited home which is where you may like this part. Notify Child Services of this arrangement and that you are willing to take temporary custody un til your son gets better. CS should takke the child out of this home and get temporary custody from the courts til a suitable home is found in which now should be yours. You can probably get CS to help you get temporary custody under these cirstances. Now remember Grandparents dont usually have any type of visitation rights in custody battles but right now, neither of these women dont have anymore than you do. You are the best placement for this little boy. Your son may have to face possible court questioning later to get him back from you so your grandson should be with you for some time and you might get possible permanent custody if the situation doesnt improve. Now just in case CS or the courts dont approve you, have another family member willing to take custody just in case. The courts and CS usually want to place a child with family where possible. Your new daughter in law and his bio mother have absolutely no claim to this little boy and in fact his bio mother represents a breach of the court decree terminating her parental rights. So unless there is a court order over riding any previous ones, new wifey and bio mother cant over ride it themselves. Now there is no guarantee that any of this will work but its the best scenario you have and the best bet for your grandson before something else happens like bio mom kidnapping him and just plain disappearing. Collect as much evidence and/or witnesses you can as CS and you may need it in court. You dont have to prove much on bio mom as her rights are already terminated. Different Show Jumping Bit?

I ride right now in a three-ring elevator bit that has a jointed mouth piece. It isnt legal for my equestrian team and my coach thinks that i shouldnt use it for anything other than cross country. Vomiting dark green-blackish bile, back pain, but no fever?

I've been vomiting since around 7:30 last night, and the nausea started around 2. I figured I was just nauseous and I didn't think anything of it. So I went to work at 5:30 pm and started becoming extremely nauseous, so bad that I couldn't talk to customers so I told my manager and she let me go home. The instant I got home, I started vomiting. The first time it was food, the second time it was dry-heaving, the third-fifth time it was dry-heaving, mucus, and yellow bile, and the sixth and seventh time (which were while my fiance and I were in bed), I vomited dark green bile (almost looked black). He keeps saying it's the stomach flu, but I have no fever. Although, I do have a lot of pain in my lower and middle back. I didn't know if that was from bending over and vomiting last night, though. Does anyone have any idea why my guinea pig may died?

One of my 3 guinea pigs mysteriously died with no explanation what so ever the night before she was perfectly fine as normal, there was nothing obviously wrong, when i opened the door to feed her she escaped (the hutch is at very low to the ground so she didn't fall) which wasn't unusual as they often push against the door when im trying to feed them. I simply picked her up and put her back in the hutch and she was fine. However next morning i went to see them and she had ped away in the night and i had no idea what had happened, she had no injuries to suggest the others had attacked her and they had lived together for two years with no problem. she was about 2 1/2 years old when she died.

What are these itchy non discolored bumps?

My little brother has some itchy bumps across his stomach that run up to his armpit on one side. They are skin colored not red, and are flat topped. They vary in size from about twice the size of a pin head to a little bigger than a nickel. By flat topped I mean they are not rounded, I guess they are sort of like mesas- raised from skin level but with a surface parallel to it. I have seen them before but I cannot remember where or what they were from.

Right-Sided Upper Abdominal Pain?

I was diagnosed with having bronchitis and laryngitis about a week ago, which has caused me to develop a horrible cough which I still from time to time. It changes from being dry and painful to being productive. I was on a Z-pack and cough meds for that. Then on Saturday I started experiencing upper right side pain. It was pretty severe, but it got better by Sunday so I didn't think much about it. It was even better on Monday, but then Tuesday rolled around and the pain was horrible. It hurts when I walk, cough, bend over, sit up perfectly straight or slouch too much, move to quickly, laugh, sneeze, and lift my arm above my head. It depends on the day on how much pain it really causes me. But no matter what day it is and how little pain I am in from the other things it's horrible if I touch that area. The pain has been like doubling over type pains at times. On top of that I have a fever. The pain seems to be worse the days after or hours following eating something greasy I believe. I've also been running a fever this whole time, which changes from being low grade to moderate. The doctor put me on muscle relaxers but they don't seem to be helping any.
