My dog tore her ACL and we can not get her surgery, how do we fix it?

My dog might have toren her ACL about a week ago, and my dad refuses to get her the surgery. If it does not get better we will have to put her down. If you know of any ways that might work, please let me know, I am willing to try anything. She is a 6 year old lab. Thanks.
