Does anyone remember this Babar movie and what its called?

So I'm trying to track down things from my childhood and I vaguely remember watching this as a kid, somewhere from 1997-2000. Its a Babar movie where either Celeste, her mother or Babar's mother gets kidnapped and the village is burned down and they are all held captive by rhinos. I'm not sure if I'm thinking of "Babar King of the Elephants" or another movie. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
