Did this guy have TRUE relationships? Yes or no?

I'd say you've got good instincts. He's 13 so he's in the stage of trying to be more of a "man-ish" and may be looking to try to impress you. He's probably exaggerating the stories of his girlfriends and turning them into more than they really were. And I would say good thinking with being too young....relationships are super tricky and hurtful! Hope this helped =)
