Did I kill my tarantula?

Well my tarantula just molted last friday, and yesterday, her back legs were in the water, so I took her out, because I was going to school and I didn't want her to drown. When I came home, she wasn't moving at all. She was not in a death curl, she was just motion-less. I tried picking her up, and still no movement. I thought she was dehydrated, so I misted her with water, and then I decided to try to get her to move again, and her fur started coming out, and soon, I could see her flesh. I lightly rubbed her abdomen. I haven't fed her because I was afraid that the crickets would hurt her after a molt. I did some research, and I found out that they can put themselves into a coma like position to appear dead, so now I'm scared that I killed her. It was a Chilean Rose by the way. Did she just die by herself? If so, why? Or did my dumb kill her?
