Help! how to get ride of birthmark or (continued)?

or how to tell my dad to get surgery (its awkward). i have tried lemon juice cocoa er cream mayo peanut er please help i had a suggestion of earsing it and i did it kinda worked then i got rid of a part then the rest got darker! ugh please help nd plz dont tell me to get used to it cuz im really self insecured and yeah...............
