Where can i buy this frame for the license plate for my car!?

ok, so my license tag expired, and has a big OCT. 08 tag but could easily be covered up and look less noticable if i put a frame around my license plate so the cops won't be able to see that it's expired. I already know that i could still get caught if i got pulled over for speeding and get a bigger fine but im willing to take my chances since im generally law abiding and go the speed limit, statistically i havn't been stopped by a single cop in the two years that i moved to the city i live in now. I only want to do this, b/c xmas is coming and i want to be able to have extra cash in hand at least until next year when i will be paying for the 09 license tag...so basically i was wondering where i can purchase that outside frame for my license plate just to make it look more costumized....??
