Nasty boys and bad chat up lines what do you think?

Me and my friend went out last night it was raining and we both have very frizzy hair so we went to the trouble of lumping a brolly around with us so it didnt go wild! Anyway we were only in the second bar and this man grabbed my friends bum; full hand and nearly got a feel of her bits too! She told him to stop at which point he says "lighten up man!" She says "go away" and he turns totally agressive. He says "I hate girls like you who think your posh and your not your not your ugly s" All this because we dont want to talk to him/be groped. She calls him a d*ck and he is still going on spitting on us as he rants so I am really sick now and say "go and brush your teeth you stink!" He is furious and.. wait for it....pours his drink over my head/ now frizzy hair! I was gob smacked and felt totally violated, and didnt know what to do. So I went and got the doorman and kicked him out. Can you believe it? Was it me? What would you have honestly done? Why are some men nasty like this?
