RIFT SERVER QUESTION?

hey i got one of the trial keys yesterday and i entered it and downloaded the game then patched it then it wouldnt let me on so today i decided to uninstall it and then re-install it and now i have to download a extra patch that will take a undetermined number of hours anyways now that ill be able to play for roughly 2 days i wana no whats good Defiant dominated pvp server in the game and im also planning on being a necromancer, pyromancer, and elementalist so i wana no if theres any problem with those or that combo
