How to eliminate or at least reduce constant bickering of women at house?

There's a lot of envy among women. If i were in an environment like the one you describe i would just keep my personal life private or need to know basis. Women love gossip and thats how i believe most bickering starts. One woman wants to have more drama than the other and they end up arguing about who is better. Idk!!
