Could this be God? Would God communicate like this? How does God communicate with us?

I had this nickname, it was SUS. It was a new name for a little thing we was doing in church, im not going to go into, in much detail. but anyway, someone i know rides past me on a bike and stops and says hi etc and i notice on his bike it says SUS:50... now im confused if that is god trying to say something or a co-incidence. Is that even possible?
