Need Help.. Just a simple question that I need the answer too.?

When you get a paternity test done through DHS and they send you the results.. does it come as a certified letter? Cause a thing came today saying there is a certified letter at the post office for me and that is the only thing I can think of. If you have had a paternity test done then does it come as that? Does the letter say the results or do you have to go to court first? I really need to know. I am picking up the letter tomorrow.
