Recently diagnosed anorexic?

I was just recently diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa and am set for out-patient treatment. I am so scared that I will gain a surplus amount of weight and look like a cow if I stick with treatment. I am so unhappy with my body and just am scared that none of this therapy, or seeing a nutritionist will help. I just really have no self esteem and just am wonderding from others who also suffer from eating disorders is their any hope. Because I feel like I am hanging by a thread :(
