I need scrapbooking rub ons or stickers with quotes about roommates...?

I am making a page to be framed for my friend who asked me to make her a page to give to her new roommates as a gift when they all move in together. I specifically like rub on's but I would settle with any scrapbooking sticker that says anything about roommates. I want it to be sentimental. I can't find anything online! All I see is stuff about friends.. any one know anyplace?? thanks
