No, only a dentist can take an accurate impression of your arch, tissue and ridge, using your denture as a custom tray and then send to the lab for them to fabricate your denture to match your dental arch precisely. Sorry, it just wouldn't work trying to do this your self, and could actually be harmful with material you use not being ADA approved, or ruining the denture altogether.
